Difficult. Been in the company for over 5 years waiting for a change, being told every quarter/year that the next one will be different-better. You have to always double check your paycheck because they sometimes underpay you and the process to recoup your money is bureaucratic.

Everything. Be more professional, set clear expectations about the role and compensation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency and attainable targets. Follow through with expectations and deliver the compensation that was agreed upon.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an amazing array of products that are disrupting a industry (vehicles and utilities) that has hurt the planet.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I get to potentially drive an amazing vehicle in the parking lot and waiting for the little stock they give you to vest.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees in other companies get paid far better with greater work and life balance. You are made to feel guilty if you need time off and the already unattainable targets are changing mid-month with ambiguous compensation plans which it is frowned upon for you to request clarification.
