My experience at Tesla was super positive in the first 2 years (2018-2019). The company was really moved by a genuine passion for our products and mission. In the last years (2020-2021) the Top Management changed and merit was no more taken into consideration. Only fake numbers matter.

There is a specific recruiting team, who is very fais and follows up regularly
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive were our car and products. Absolutely awesome. The environment and culture, on the contray, were spoiled by poor management vision
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In Europe the leadership team got worse in the last years. I did not like the way of just being Yes-men instead of striving to do a good job
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team reporting to me was really made by people moved by passion. The pair management team, on the contrary, lived a threatening situation from upper management and they were not corageous enough
