What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am not a huge fan of the leadership team. Many of them are very lazy and unrealistic.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy being outside. I get to be in the sun and get fresh air. Weather can be miserable at times but we push through it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wake up every single day, make sure I am at work on-time and produce quality work. I never call out even with broken bones. I have been undervalued for years taking on 3-4 different job roles. If my work ethic was recognized, my compensation would be fair. I have barely received any stock equity.
