What makes you most happy at work?

Helping others that are in need of assistance in order to solve daily issues.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team consists of many different roles that all come together and literally make things work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Completed task saturated, doing the work of two full time employees within my job description, with absolutely zero management interface. It is literally "out of sight, out of mind" as the existing manager will not face the issue head on and provide help. Completely burned out.
