What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's an average to below average industry comparable package misunderstanding and misapplying the culture of the organization superseding comp and benefit structure.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The exec team lives in a bubble of confirmation bias. They miss the mark on empathizing with the staff. Handling of COVID was devoid of the average employee's home life, creating a poor culture for parents. Decisions are made with emphasis on short term success to the detriment of long term health.
