We need to understand duties of job functions and responsibilities that go along with positions.

The pay/benefits dont align with job duties and responsibilities nor does it align with industry standards at comparable companies.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People are promoted into management and supervisor with no training. They are responsible for product and peoples career with no idea what they are doing.
