Textron is a good company. I really enjoy my work/life balance and the weekends off. i wish the company was more diverse but they are working on that. i also wish we accrued more PTO and accrued it quicker.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be more open and welcoming.
What makes you most happy at work?
knowing that i am making a difference and giving our armed forces something that they can use to protect us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like most that they're always available. In spite of their busy schedules, they make time to meet with you if necessary and help in any way you ask.
