I have always been proud to be a part of such meaningful and relevant products that support our warfighters. Our most valuable contributors were always recognized for their contributions. In the past 5 years, it seems to have shifted and those who do less get more, very frustrating

the amount of people who have been here more than 20 years, with multiple family members as co-workers, shows that this is a great place to work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
acknowledging and respecting the employees who have built this company brand, ensuring all BUs acknowledge achievements in the same manner so no one team feels slighted when their accomplishments are not publicly recognized because one manager is better at those types of things than another.
