I feel like the area I work in is an older department with the "good ol' boy" system. So it seems like advancement is not as easily attained as it should ,On the other hand I really do enjoy my job and think that I am compensated accordingly. The interactions that I have with the customers is great

I honestly don't know the "leadership team"
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to interact with the soldiers (customers) at the base that I work at
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work remotely at a military base and i like that all of my coworkers are former military so we have a lot in common and can sympathize on each others thoughts and actions
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I would like to work more as a cohesion and not as individuals. I would also like the company to stop hiring individuals that have way less experience. That way all the workload can be distributed more evenly instead of heavily on certain individuals
