For hourly workers, the empowerment to have a voice in the day to day operations.

I believe the director does a tremendous job of keeping us well informed of SSC progress, good and bad.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I believe that supervision needs recognition and empowerment as well. Management should follow through with certain things that are said.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A family type bond centered around the success of the company. Also an understanding of each others roles and what is required to make the company successful.
