I love Textron Systems. It would be the perfect job and I would stay here the rest of my career if I could be remote. Right now its okay to come into the office but I am young and want to move around before finding an area to settle down. I love my daily job, management, and the people I work with.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are caring, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all take them to get to know each other. My teammates are super helpful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how we try to have biweekly quick tag ups where we take 15 mins to play a game or do something to get to know each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe there should be cost of living raises and the opportunity to work from home. Some people in the company get paid the same as me but get to work from home so in the long wrong are making more.
