It was good, better than past companies, not as good as others. I was happy to see that there are opportunities to move around and gain new experiences in different areas. I was able to take advantage of some, I took advantage of the tuition reimbursement for college.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It was really great until It got sold off in a JV
What do you like best about the leadership team?
it is slowly looking less like an old white man gathering, but there is a long way to go still.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have had the ability to move around and try things so we get a diverse group of thought and ideas on how to solve problems
What makes you most happy at work?
When I know I have earned my seat at the table, my ideas are respected and implemented, and I am not sent away because the "boys" need to talk.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Mentorship programs to those whose career paths were stifled by old generational thinking. Look in your Admin pool for some brilliant minds who have been shut out or not allowed a seat at the table because they didn't have male attributes.
