My colleagues are great to connect with. They work so hard for this company!
I enjoy my flexible work schedule. Its the best part of about my job (9/80's).
Most defense based manufacturers pay more competitive wages and have handled their work force with tremendous grace and flexibility. Textron Systems really dropped the ball.
I believe the team really cares about our work. Most of us relate that our leaders are out of touch, out of the office, and don't spend enough time with all levels of the organization. Even my manager complains they rarely know what their leaders are doing.
We have a lot of white male leaders who cannot relate to their teams. We have an executive team spread out that is rarely around their teams or shop floors. The CEO sits in TX, the VP of of Supply Chain sits in TX, and the VP of MKT sits in NC -- how can they lead that far away from their teams?
