I have been provided with multiple opportunities to improve in different areas of my function which has been great to help me develop. I have enjoyed almost all the people I have worked with in my two and a half years working here.

The people are nice in my area

I dont know them too well

Supporting the people and managers in my group

Very nice, collaborative, easy to work with, will always help when needed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know the midpoint compared to where I am paid so I can figure out my compa ratio
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every person at every level of our team is willing to either help out or are there to answer questions when I am struggling or stuck on a new issue that comes up.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the people interaction whether it be with my co-workers or the employees that I support in my role. I get satisfaction from being a good resource to the employees when they have questions or need help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team clearly defines our short term and long term goals as a company. They flow that down the leadership pipeline to the front line leaders who then define those goals in a smaller scope for the individual contributor.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are really starting to focus on diversity and inclusion and have done a good job to start that in 2020 besides the fact that it was a crazy year. I like the new ERG groups that the company has established. I also met most of my friends through work.
