
My direct supervisor is the most positive part. She is a huge advocate for our team & keeps us pushing through despite the lack of support above her.
The false reality that we are transparent. I think communication needs to be better & the trust amongst teams needs to improve. If you can't trust the people you're working with, why are they here. Communication & trust are the main issues.
Taking into consideration employees personal health & safety during a global pandemic. They also express a culture of transparency but when it comes to communicating very important structure changes, the ELT keeps it quiet until the last minute causing panic for the teams needing to process.
I have been supporting a team of 4 on my own for the past 8 months with no guarantee of additional headcount. If I was compensated for doing all 4 missing team members jobs I wouldn't be so stressed but I would just like the support on the team to begin with.
