The company has allowed me to learn a new culture as I transitioned from the Military. I truly feel like I hit the lottery by working the people at Textron Systems.

Communication and ability to provide constructive guidance to help the whole organization. I generally love the energy they all bring to the organization.

They communicate extremely well across the team. I also appreciate their patience and guidance in developing new team members. They have been very helpful in my personal and professional growth. It has been a difficult time period and there is not one person that I have not liked.
