General acceptance that barriers deserve to be torn down and finishing as a team matters most

Operating as a part of well-oiled machine. Knowing you've done a good job and getting recognized for it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO sets a good example of being tough but fair, with appropriate amount of candid discussion and transparency. Most other leaders have followed her lead to follow through on implementing business changes which result from ground swell suggestions.
