The Executive Leadership team is focused purely on the bottom line and does not invest themselves in cultivating a culture in which employees feel valued and appreciated.
Our compensation is not competitive in the industry. Our team leaders do make an effort to provide merit adjustments on an established cadence; however, these adjustments do not keep up with inflation.
Senior and lower level leaders care about their workers. This is offset by an executive leadership team and President who ignore employee concerns despite communication that says they care. In meetings with the President of Textron Systems, she blatantly ignored and down played employee concerns.
The Executive Leadership team need to be more open to listening to feedback from their employees. They claim a servant leadership style but their actions are counter to that. There is also a culture of passing the buck instead of addressing cultural issues with genuine action.
