Having a sense of purpose, feeling valued, feeling engaged and being empowered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are smart, and dedicated and look to do a good job. We are a hard working bunch.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like those that lead by example, those that show their human side. They actually ask you how you are doing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Maybe this is COVID related but management seems to be more willing to make exceptions like allowing alternative schedules - this is a big plus.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe I am now getting market pay for the job I do, but it took five years for someone to review my salary and realize I was being under paid. I like that my salary is finally competitive.
