My overall experience regarding Textron Systems is GREAT! I enjoy working for TS and my co-workers in my department. I hope to retire from Textron Systems one day many years from now.

I have been w/ Textron for 5 yrs. I truly enjoy the department I work in and the people I work with. One day many years from now I hope to retire from Textron.

Everyone works well together as a team.

I get to work at my own pace.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone seems to work well together in our department.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401K match and annual reviews merit/salary increases are appreciated for acknowledgment of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is understanding, has a good sense of communication and easy to work with.

Regarding the leadership team that I see regularly what I like best is great personality, always willing to listen if needed.

I truly enjoy working with all the co-workers in my department I've never had any issues and everyone seems to work well together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that we do yearly reviews and able to speak with our supervisor. I think our health care is reasonable and 401K is great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
With COVID it's honestly extremely quiet now w/ most co workers working from home. However in general everyone gets along and seem to work well as a team.
