Completing my tasks in a timely manner and doing a great job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is committed to doing a good job. We have one common goal. Everyone works together. There isn't any "us against them".
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our president and CEO is a female which is rare in society, especially in a male dominated industry. She worked her way up in the organization and earned the position. She is very well respected and held in high regard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We observe all of the Federal holidays. Health benefits include a no deductible option and adult orthodontia. Our 401K and stock options are relevant. I can purchase stock and invest in companies that I am familiar with. I have access to legal services as well as virtual doctors.
