What makes you most happy at work?

Providing for the war-fighter. Helping them get home safely to their families.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work well as a team and drive for results regardless of the circumstances.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Getting employees to at least mid range in their pay band. Better and cheaper health care. Able to obtain a 5th week of vacation. Pension plans. Better bereavement compensation. Better options if positive testing for COVID-19. Some weather time consideration.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Acknowledge and reward employees for going above and beyond like all the employees that came to work (instead of work form home) during a pandemic. A show of appreciation with lunches ant company time to do some team building exercises. Give a ways like tee shirts, hats, and company logo items.
