Our culture is diverse and I feel the environment is supportive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe they are invested and truly want the best for the company and it's employees. Throughout the pandemic, they have done what they could to be there for the employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Well, the pay I receive for starters, the vacation benefit and personal time. The holiday floating options are a plus. I can choose a couple optional holidays that we don't currently get and I understand that since we are an International Corporation.
