My experience has been very positive and it's pretty common as you look across the more tenured folks that stay here for extended periods of time (10~20 years).

We thrive on each others diversity.

The comradery amongst the teams. Even with the size, there's still a family feel here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my employees grow and being able to reward them when they exceed their responsibilities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep the big wheels rolling. They give all layers of management the ability to lead their teams while providing the support required.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm not sure if "perks" were referring to our company discounts, which leave a lot to be desired. However, our benefits as a whole a pretty good. Medical insurance for families could be better, but vacation and allocated time off (IPT/Floaters) are very good.
