I interact with all departments and often am able to provide improvements. I also enjoy learning about how what I am doing is impacting other areas.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team always pushes to meet deadlines. They are always trying to ensure that we meet customer requirements. Although our team faces many challenges they always come together as a team to complete the tasks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like our leadership team is pushing each of us to not only do what is going to help us today but also the things that are going to benefit us in the future. We are implementing new technology, building up teams and preparing for a future full of work.
