Great working environment with smart problem solvers. The 9/80 work schedule makes me feel like I have a great work life balance. Management generally gives room to run and develop to new employees so you learn a lot. But the pay structure has made me realize I will probably not stay here long term.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most other defense contractors pay on average 10-20% more. When going through year end PMP and to have a high rating to see a raise that beats inflation only by about 2% does not make me feel like staying at Textron Systems is a smart financial fit for me.
