Textron Systems is a great company to work for. The teams are close and keep each other motivated. Management could start to work to invest more back into the products to accelerate ahead of competition.

Textron Systems is typically 10%-20% under market values. Sales team should have a level comensurate with other Sales/BD roles i.e. OTE, Bonus structure, etc
