I really have loved working for Textron. I have friends in Real Estate, Consulting, Banking, and even at other companies in Defense, who all despise their roles. I on the other hand really enjoy my role, have a great work life balance, a manager who is always reasonable, and enjoy coming to work.

I really enjoy when I get to have creativity in my work and can make a positive impact on our company

My team is really only my manager and myself, but I feel that she does a great job at setting objectives for me and acknowledging the work I do
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've been lucky as a first year analyst to be able to have direct interaction with multiple people on our ELT. I feel that my work is valued by them and makes a real difference
