I would recommend Textron as a whole. At DHV (MD) there is a lack of investment that concerns me. Still I think there is plenty of opportunity and I believe mangment is working hard to fix some issues.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I think we are aggressive and here to achieve the impossible! I worry we are not suited to act this way though and have a lot of growing pains. Upper management is here to listen though so I am confident in the future!

I don't think there is a big bonus

I like that they are always trying to improve! That means a lot to me.

Working with people and tackling problems small and large! Love studying the combination of tech(workflows) and people

I think the pay and flexibility. I can go play volleyball with my friends if I want, long as my work is done.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think management dose not embrace lean or modern manufacturing techniques. There is an overall lack in investment when it comes to the facility and tooling. Lots of jobs are leaving right now and going else where.
