Too much work with too few people, Higher management is wishy washy with decisions and it puts us on extremely short deadlines. Communication is poor and program management, depending on the program, is borderline incompetent. I would leave but my department is already short staffed. I'd feel bad.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Higher pay and less involvement of HR/ERGs/Whomever
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increased compensation and or hire more people so we're not as overworked.
