I am most satisfied when I know what is expected of me but I have enough time and resources to exceed expectations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that Textron Systems has more wellness benefits and reimbursement, I have worked at other Textron BU's that dont even have that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is focused on doing their work to get it done, but not so self-centered that they don't take time to help you learn.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have been very flexible over the past year in trying to work with people to create a work environment for all while there was so much instability in the world.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like everyone comes in each day just wanting to do their job well. Everyone does what is asked of them, and goes above and beyond when they can. Very minimal drama or negativity.
