It started off rather poor. I was dropped in as a new employee and there was 0 guidance or relevant training. I nearly quit after 6 months. I ended up being needed for another project that really challenged me and encouraged me to stay. Textron must improve its new hire training.

The leadership puts an importance on balance.

Seem to be an open book and receptive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are open to collaboration.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k percentage match is great, but vested timeline is rather poor. Many companies offer immediate vesting these days, Textron should be following that lead.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work can get monotonous for long stretches of time, based upon what work is available to do. Just because you ask for more challenges, doesn't mean these challenges are even available.
