Being able to spend time to learn about and then thoroughly resolve challenges as they're presented to me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager goes above and beyond to make sure I feel supported and adequately equipped to do my job. While I don't get the same level of support from the overall leadership team, I think the intention and spirit are the same, which I appreciate.
