What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We get every other Friday off

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The finance roles here are ~5% below market average. Competitors are working from home and getting paid more.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The overall culture at Systems need to change. In general employees are brash, selfish, and out of touch.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The ELT seems out of touch with what is going on below them. I believe this has always been the case, but COVID put it under a microscope. How many of these surveys can we fill out? Nothing will change.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I've worked at 3 different companies prior to Systems. The culture here is BY FAR the worst. From poor facilities to a lack of communication from leadership to a consensus unhappy workforce, it's clear that our company needs big changes.
