The leadership team that directly supports the program I work with is very transparent and willing to accept insight from all employees, regardless of professional level.

It is supportive of people stepping into new roles and growing. However, I think this all starts at the supervisor level with finding new opportunities for their team to get involved in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all open and collaborative, and all hold each other accountable for helping the program flourish. We are all also willing to help others out where needed so we can all succeed.
