Textron is a good company with tons of potential - but they tend to place arbitrary advancement "ceilings" over employees without higher education. Some very high performers have no college education - not sure why we would obstruct them from taking roles they may be able to do very well.

Seeing members of my team take ownership of tasks/projects and be successful.
