I immediately took on huge responsibility, more than I believe was appropriate. I had very little training and had to figure out much of my job on my own with guidance from my Manager who did the best they could to support me. I have gained much confidence since the start and it has turned out fine.

Recognition for the quality of work that I am doing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are never afraid to laugh together, and we often seek moments to do so with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Recognition of key team members and their talents which allows contributors to be placed in positions which most benefit themselves and the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team members are always willing to take the time and answer questions to support each other whenever it is requested. I'm never afraid to reach out if I need help or answers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work I am doing is that of a higher positioned individual contributor yet I am in a junior position. I perform the same job as someone who is levels above me, so a change in my title to reflect this performance would be ideal.
