I really like my team and my management. I feel supported by them and valued. I'm frustrated that the company has so much potential for growth and efficiencies and yet we continue to operate below our potential and below industry standard.

My manager and the flexibility in work scope he provides.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The hope for change, and that change can be implemented with agility.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Healthcare benefits could be better, compensation, flex work schedule and vacation allotment are not in line with industry. Not even allowing a discussion re: compensation makes me feel undervalued by HR.
