What are some of the best things about your team?

Each person I work with is dedicated and supportive, and as a result, I have never gone into a situation at work feeling like I might fail.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Allocating more budget for training to allow employees to learn new/adjacent skills; providing competitive compensation; incorporating training and research to create a healthier work space in terms of mental health-- this is especially important given the current climate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I learn what my peers make in similar positions in the industry and have also looked up salary information on applications for other company positions. It is approximately 25% higher than what I am currently being paid, and there are no outstanding benefits that make up for this gap.
