It has been a long time now, my overall experience is one that is ever-evolving. I have had to evolve to stay successful and competitive.

Working with people that once used our products while serving in the military and those people committed to improvements.

Most are able to work autonomously and most you can depend on to do a good job on their projects

The customers that we serve provide us with feedback that works itself back into improvements to the products which makes the customers feel valued.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make goals, provide support and guidance, actively inspire those around you to reach for the achievement, and provide the tools or means to reach success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not rated on the jobs I perform, I'm rated at the title I have. Experienced people are leaving this company for higher-paying jobs with better benefits, I only stay because I'm fiercely loyal.
