coworkers are very knowledgeable and helpful in training me in my position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
clear communication each week/month. Communication from leadership was rare in previous companies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is above average for the area and the 401k match is quite good.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like my boss and my work is not very repetitive which keeps things interesting. I like that I can have an impact on my department compared to being just a busy bee.
