Terrific people to work with! Good benefits and culture. Sometimes pushed to achieve impossible goals, and constantly straining to keep up with business commitments. Very inefficient with layers of policy and approvals on nearly everything. Key resources are overworked and usually unavailable.

Lisa Atherton seems genuine, seeks to do right, is a straight shooter, and establishes a culture of respect and availability.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are pushed to catch bigger and bigger fish then play catch up to keep it, limiting our ability to invest in other products. We're significantly understaffed in ES, but talk about how fast we're growing. Stop building the house of cards. Settle down the growth commitment for a period to catch up
