What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to work on their technical expertise to relate better to the other teams here. Especially our engineering groups. They also need to show up to work and be more accountable and work on their time management
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More alignment with COVID strategies from the top down to the employee level. More acknowledgement of hardships faced over the last 2 years and especially for those we have lost from COVID. Better recreation activities sponsored by the company like picnics
