
The 401k matching is decent and the health care is decent.
The team truly cared deeply about the product and the end user. This was very much abused by upper management to get people to work more.
There is 0 investment in their own people from a career perspective.There are no technical development efforts related to anything engineering from program usage to basic things like GD&T. Everything is forced from people complaining.There is little fore thought into the future of programs once done
The low level people are whats best. The culture is truly not great and does not seem like they care about the workers at all. From COVID planning compared to other friend's work places to future plans on projects to just how they treet them like commodities.
I do not believe in our leadership is making the correct decisions or decisions that will positively impact the workers. There seems to be too much stretching people thin taking on too much work then not doing a great job because there is too much. When programs end there is no plans for those peopl
