I enjoy walking into work every morning. No matter what my day was like before, it all starts fresh the next. I've never truly enjoyed or felt comfortable at other places. The people and growth are what makes this work experience so valuable.

Their openness for two-way communication as well as accessibility to their schedule.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have great senses of humor and care about each other's well-being. We are allowed and encouraged to share our personalities and values.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The relocation was nice to have. However, I enjoy my 401k options. As a new employee fresh out of college, the process to set it up was very easy.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. Sometimes the work isn't great but the engagement and conversation makes up for it. I also enjoy the physical environment in which I work. I've always enjoyed manufacturing facilities, so I like coming into that activity and location every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The genuine willingness to help. Being so new to this job and industry, I can walk up to anyone and they will drop what they're doing to help me with whatever I'm working on. I feel like I can learn a great deal.
