I really enjoy the product I work on, freedom to innovate, and interacting with my coworkers. I deeply unhappy with upper management's inability to make tough decisions. No senior manager wants to say no to their superior, putting the lower level leadership in a position where they can only fail.
What makes you most happy at work?
Developing and realizing novel designs, and having those products celebrated.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think my salary is competitive and I have been awarded bonuses for going above and beyond.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be honestly trying to expand diversity and opportunities for growth. They are constantly trying to improve communication.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, my team members are open and honest with each other and are motivated for our business to be successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At the execution level we have a strong team mentality and support each other's work. Everyone is motivated to work together to get it right.
