There is a lack of a positive attitude and a desire to strive for greatness.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Using personality tests to assist with staffing teams could go a long way in increasing team morale.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They can all joke around but when business needs to get done they put their heads down and always get it done.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is little sense of "team" in my current group. Creating an environment where people enjoy working with one another is crucial. There is little that is done from management to address personality differences between team members when such differences occur.
