My experience has been good, I am currently with Textron Systems via Lycoming. Team here is close knit, MFG environment is a bit rough due to the union, yet overall I am enjoying my rotation here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In all honesty unsure if I have a favorite part.

The fact that they're invested in the company, as well as the ability to communicate or reach out to.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are fine, I get along well with almost all of the ones I interact or cross paths with.
