What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is respectful of others and their decisions and lifestyles. I have not heard or experienced anyone being uncomfortable, even during technical disagreements.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team seems closely invested with our employees and never seem too far out of contact with the team that we see everday.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy about being presented with and solving difficult technical problems in my area of expertise and subsequently seeing a vehicle perform these solutions in various conditions and not only in simulation or academic papers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very open to collaboration on hard technical problems and each member brings different skills and expertise to the team. They are all willing to learn from each other and it is a good place for growth.
