I like that the environment is business casual. It makes it more comfortable to work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The flexibility as a new parent has not been the greatest. Working from home is not an option.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe HQ is big on having employees with college degrees regardless of experience. I've been with the company for a good amount of years and someone who just graduated college with no corporate experience is getting paid the same amount it took me five years to get to. I believe that's unfair.
